Building Africa, Poverty Eradication programmes in Africa

Responsibility:The international community in general and Africa in particular have the responsibility to build Africa, which is part and parcel of an interdependent globe.  The world has almost been reduced to a village owing to economic globalization and the rapid development of technology and communications.  Both Africa and the rest of the World are affected almost simultaneously by major political, social, cultural or economic happenings.
